What we envisioned 2 years ago when we left our jobs and started Steinh is nothing like what we’ve found ourselves doing.
We had dreams of being overwhelmed with “cool” projects and, selfishly, the notoriety that comes with them. What we’ve actually found ourselves doing is much of the same work we were tasked with at our corporate jobs, but this time at our own pace and for clients that we've greenlit.
Are we disappointed? Not a chance. While supporting marketing campaigns and creating print collateral aren’t exactly the most exciting or glamorous tasks, we’ve instead found ourselves in an unexpected era of opportunity. By building up our network and consistently delivering great work, new projects continue to find us. Without having to spend too much of our focus on prospecting, we’ve been able to pursue passion projects and have more energy to reconnect with ourselves outside of work. We know that the work we put in to grow personally will in turn be projected onto Steinh.
Over the past year, we’ve spent time:
Looking back on year 2 of the studio, we’re proud of what we’ve built so far. We're also thankful for the work we’ve been able to do for great clients and alongside other great creatives along the way. Looking forward, we’re excited for whatever opportunities come next!
